Shuichi Kashiwagi (Managing Partner)
Following his admission to the Japan Bar in 1980, Mr. Shuichi Kashiwagi gained legal and business experience working and studying in both London and New York for about five years. He works closely with the firm's clients in a wide variety of domestic and international business litigation and corporate matters, including general corporate matters, commercial transactions, including anti-trust law matters, commercial litigation, arbitration, energy law, intellectual property, and trade regulation matters. He has been a member of the board of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association since 1999 and a Conciliation Commissioner of the Tokyo District Court since 2014. He has also served as a member of the board of directors and the auditing committee of Naigai Co., Ltd. since 2016 and as a statutory auditor of Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd. since 2017.
